Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Prices and conditions are only valid when you purchase an item through this website with payment in advance.

Prices for purchases made at customers premises or ours or when receiving extended credit of any kind will be different.

Delivery

We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days. Although every effort will be made to reduce these times, no liability for consequential loss can be entertained due to delays in delivery. Delivery must be accepted within 7 days of goods being ready.

Installation

The prices for Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps and Cellar Cooling include installation within the details shown on this site.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product or service which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods,consumers only not business to business transactions) and return them (at your expense) for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you ordered goods made to your own specification, special order or perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, items such as but not limited to software products that can be copied or items not traceable i.e no serial number or other similar proof it was purchased from us and items that have been unsealed and products already installed by us.
Delivery must be taken within 7 days of ordering. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods by the same method you paid for them. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

In the event of goods damaged during delivery, The Supplier shall not be liable to replace goods, unless the damage is either noted on the courier's delivery documents, or reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Goods found to be faulty or to have a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, or to be not of merchantable quality, will be replaced or repaired without charge during the 12 month Warranty period, depending on the nature of the fault and at the discretion of the company.
Goods to be replaced due to damage in transit, manufacturing faults or for any other reason will be subject to normal delivery lead times quoted for the original order. Although every effort will be made to reduce these times, no liability for consequential loss can be entertained due to delays in supplying these replacements or through not having the goods working. Any warranty will not cover misuse, neglect or damage caused in any connection with the purchaser. Glass and lamps are not covered under warranty.
