Social Housing Eco Friendly Sustainable Central Heating System (Heat Pump)

Delta Climate Control have recently quoted for two new central heating systems involving an air to water heat pump.
One of these systems is to replace an electric heating system used in an entire village in the north west.  Currently the village is home to many elderly residents living in bungalows who have no mains gas so there heating options are limited.
The air to water heat pump will potentially reduce running costs by over 50% during the winter and 75% during the summer.
With a low complete installation cost of around £3000 per home the payback time could be as low as 3 years.  The local authority will be leasing the new central heating systems to the residents.
